• Charcuterie for each attendee to bring back to your restaurant to finish curing and sell in your restaurants.
• Wine and Beer pairings and Q & A session at the end of each day .
CLASS REQUIREMENTS: Each attendee must bring their own knives, apron. & notepad.

No video or audio devices are allowed during the class. This means no iPads or other tablet devices, Smartphones, cell phones. voice recorders or cameras of any kind.
PLEASE NOTE: ACF Chefs who have taken our classes have received 11 CE points.
